All-Inclusive Treatment Plans

All dental treatment consultations include a written estimate, maximizing any benefits or in-house discounts available. No treatment will begin until you are aware of all costs involved and the timeline involved. No surprise fees or add-on charges!

Dental Insurance

We accept most major employer and privately sponsored dental insurance plans. We’re not contracted with state or assistance plans. For out-of-network plans and assistance plans we can provide the information to file for reimbursement. We do accept HSA/FSA plans and provide in-house savings plans that meet or exceed the non-contracted benefits. Our insurance coordinators provide complimentary benefit verifications, even pre-visit. SPLIT PAYMENT

1/3 of the total treatment is due at the time of scheduling, 1/3 is due at the first visit and the remaining amount is due the day of cementation or delivery of the final restoration.

PRE-AUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT

With your permission and signature, we will charge your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with a prearranged payment each month. This allows you to make monthly payments without applying for additional credit. This agreement can only be used while you are still in-treatment.

PAY AT THE TIME OF SERVICE

You may choose to pay for each visit with cash, check, or credit card. A down payment is needed to schedule the appointment and the remainder can be paid at the time of service.

PREPAYMENT IN FULL

An 8% bookkeeping courtesy adjustment is given for any treatment over $200.00, when prepayment is received in full by cash or check before the beginning of treatment.

Payment Plans & Financing

We work with multiple secure third party companies to provide lower monthly payment plans based on your needs and priorities. We only partner with companies that provide a variety of options with pre-qualifications that do not affect credit score or hold any obligation. We can get you estimates based on a call, specific options during a treatment consult after working with the doctor on a treatment plan, or provide the estimate and links for you to look at when it’s right for you. No pressure, no sales people, just patient care and options.
