For years, the standard answer for replacing a full arch of teeth has been four implants and a shelf-system protocol. It works for some patients. It falls short for many, because real mouths don't fit average templates.
Dr. Gendler built the G4+ Smile to fix that. It's a custom approach that uses the right number of implants in the right positions for each patient, planned by a single doctor who has placed implants for over twenty years and finished by our in-house lab.

Patients with severe bone loss are routinely turned away from full-arch implants by general providers. With G4+ Smile, they don't have to be. Dr. Gendler is trained in zygomatic and pterygoid implant placement: techniques that anchor implants in the cheekbone and the back of the upper jaw when the standard implant sites are gone.
That training comes from years of continuing education, working alongside leading implant clinicians worldwide, and rebuilding smiles other dentists deemed impossible.
All under one roof
From the first consultation through final delivery, G4+ Smile patients work directly with Dr. Gendler. There's no rotating cast of surgeons, no offsite lab to negotiate with, and no handoff to a different office for follow-up. Surgery, prosthetics, same-day lab work, and ongoing care all happen in our Hopkins office.
Our in-house dental lab sits in the same building. When a final bridge needs adjusting, the technician designing it can see your face and refine it in real time, not over a shipping envelope.
