Treatment Plans
The combinations we use most often.
Most cases fit one of a handful of treatment patterns. Below is the high-level shape of each. The actual plan we'd write for you depends on your scan, your goals, and your budget.
Example treatment plans
Plan A: one missing tooth
Single implant + crown
Consultation, CBCT scan, implant placement, healing window, then digital impression and final crown. The most common implant plan in our practice.
Plan B: missing several teeth in a row
Implant-supported bridge
Two to four implants supporting a fixed bridge of four to six teeth. Strategic placement matters more than count.
Plan C: failing or missing full arch
All-on-X with same-day provisional
Remove what's left, place four to six implants, attach a fixed provisional bridge the same day. Replace with the final bridge after integration.
Plan D: severe upper-jaw bone loss
Zygomatic implants + full arch
For cases where the upper jaw can't support standard implants: anchor into the cheekbone, skip the lengthy grafting timeline, deliver fixed teeth in a fraction of the time.
Plan E: retreatment
Implant revision or prosthetic redesign
For implants placed elsewhere that have failed or aren't working. Sometimes a redesign of the bridge fixes everything; sometimes the implants themselves come out.
Plan F: phased over time
Treat what's urgent first
When budget or biology calls for staging, we map out which work happens now, what waits, and how the pieces fit together over time.

One of these plans is yours, but not exactly.
The combinations above are the most common shapes, but the actual plan we write for you balances clinical reality, what you want the end result to look like, and your budget. Dr. Gendler on how options get tailored case by case.
