“I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. Despite booking a two-hour appointment, they only worked on my teeth for 30 minutes and couldn’t diagnose the issue. I’m still in pain and left without clear answers. Every time I’ve gone for a teeth cleaning, it hasn’t been done properly. I expected better care and thoroughness.” On top of that, they seem inconsistent with their diagnosis. One visit, they told me I needed a root canal on a tooth, but when I came back, they changed their mind and just placed a crown. Now, that tooth is hurting too. Highly not recommended!

Gendler Dental was very good. They are able to help me from beginning to end with an extraction and dental implant and crown. I love the one stop shop and the staff is very welcoming. The dentist explained all options to me clearly. The staff was very helpful with quoting a price and listing the part that I am responsible for. They took X-rays the same day as the dr visit. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Gendler Dental for five or six years now and it have always been a good experience. I typically seen a few hygienists and usually Dr. Goulding (dentist), and they are all excellent. Recently I had to get a wisdom tooth removed. As far as wisdom teeth removals go, it went very well. No complications at all. I would definitely recommend Gendler Dental to anyone.

Dr. Goulding is an amazing dentist. Not only is he highly skilled, but he is kind and caring and ethical. He talks to and explains everything to his patients, something that I have rarely found. I highly recommend him and am grateful that I found him. His office staff are also friendly and caring as well.

She was extremely attentive to my concerns and made me feel heard and understood. She is extremely knowledgeable and I am looking forward to making this clinic my new dentist office! Dr. Goulding has been my dentist here for quite some time, and I've never been anything but satisfied completely. He did a full reconstruction on me, and he was thoughtful and attentive every step of the way. I couldn't recommend him enough!

I need to start out by saying that Dr Gendler was awesome and knowledgeable and the staff was welcoming and friendly! In my first Google review I expressed my concerns about not hearing back from the clinic, and therefore being unable to get my implants there. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY: Dr. Gendler's assistant called me. She told me that she had attempted to reach me, but I failed to reply. Of course they wanted me as a patient! She was so kind, and I'm sure a great asset to the team! I highly recommend the Gender Dental Center!

The staff was nice, and I made the decision to get a full set of dental implants. I had the finances to pay the entire cost up front. I was excited to move forward! But when I proceeded to go to the next step and called the office at Gendler, the staff didn't take my call. I called several times and the same thing. They didn't take my call. I don't know why! I went from excitement to disappointment! This review is regarding a visit in May of 2022.

To be clear, going to the dentist is not something anybody enjoys. That being said, I will tell you that Gendler Dental Center runs a very nice operation. They are friendly, accommodating, and really thorough. The Dr Gendler explained everything to me so I understood completely what to expect going forward. There are medical concerns with my care and they all went the extra mile and made sure I knew exactly what to do going forward. You are among friends. This was my first time in and I have already made my switch from my prior dentist.

My husband Jay & I love Gendler Dental Center. They are by far the friendliest & caring staff we've ever had. Dr. Gendler is the most talented dentist I have ever used. I've had a LOT of dental work over the years; even the more complex root canals & implants. His work is fabulous. We moved back to AR 3 years ago & miss Gendler & staff so much. Just aren't able to find one who is the all around package of talent & customer oriented

I just had my teeth cleaned again by Nadia, who is amazingly gentle and engages in great conversation without sacrificing her great efficiency. Dr Gendler, who I have known for many years, still makes me feel like I am his most important patient. He is a straight shooter, and if there is bad news, he
always presents options and encouragement. I've had 2 tooth implants and several fillings, and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. All of their staff are kind, compassionate, and willing to accommodate any special needs I may have as a person with MS.
